Position / Promotion System

We operate in a total of six levels, and employees with excellent performance and capabilities offer greater opportunities for growth by giving them opportunities for promotion.
Engineer(2years) – Assistant research engineer(1year) - Associate research engineer(4years) – Senior research engineer(3years) – hief research engineer(4 years) – Principle research engineer(5years)

Evaluation system

  • Achievement evaluation : Each individual sets a performance target for the year and evaluates his or her performance, process of achievement, and results against the target
  • Competency evaluation : Evaluate individuals’ job performance according to common standards
  • Attitude evaluation : Evaluate individuals’ work attitudes according to common standards
  • ※ The fair and rational evaluation system focuses on ability and performance
  • ※ Results of the evaluation is used as basis for overall HR management such as placement, education, and compensation

Promotion system

  • Pay step increase : Each employee’s pay step automatically increases by one step
  • Promotion : Promotion is given according to the total score of the performance evaluation and promotion points.
    Qualified employees are promoted by the HR committee
  • Special promotion : Based on results of the performance evaluation, special promotion is given to employees with outstanding ability and performance

Reward system

  • Pay system : Annual salary = Basic salary + Encouragement allowance + Overtime allowance
    Additional allowances = Various allowances such as position allowance, qualification allowance, housing support allowance, etc.
  • Bonus : Annual bonus based on results of management performance and personal performance evaluation
